Daniel Morgan

Owner/Founder

Daniel Morgan is the founder of Systematic and Trinity Classic Homes, LLC. Daniel grew up and developed his expertise in the construction industry under the watchful eye of his father, a frame carpenter. He started his own frame carpentry business in his early 20’s, building his first home at the tender age of 25. His extensive real estate experience includes commercial construction, multifamily developments and residential land developments. Daniel built his first home and established Trinity Classic Homes. Daniel’s experience, vision, and proven track record drive the successful operations of Systematic.

Daniel Ippolito, J.D., MBA

Principal,

Daniel “Danny” Ippolito, J.D., MBA is a principal of Systematic. He co-manages the firm’s operations with a focus on corporate governance, risk management, and investor relations. He also serves as General Counsel of Trinity Classic Homes, LLC. He has over 15 years of experience working with private equity firms, registered investment advisers, and broker dealers on matters such as fund formation, regulatory compliance, operations, transactions, and investor relations. Daniel holds a Juris Doctor from the Texas A&M University School of Law (formerly Texas Wesleyan University School of Law) as well as an MBA and BSBA degrees concentrated on Finance (University of Texas at Dallas).

Joshua Stayton, CFA

Senior Vice President,

Joshua Stayton is a Senior Vice President of Systematic and co-manages the firm’s operations, with a focus on investor relations and fund administration. Over the past decade, Josh has acquired extensive experience in the analysis, structure, and execution of alternative investments. During that time, he raised and deployed capital in excess of $70 million and gained a comprehensive knowledge of the inner workings of privately funded alternative investments. Since 2015, Josh has successfully developed and operated a real estate investment firm, specializing in the purchase, renovation, and sale of residential properties in the Dallas area. Through those operations, he achieved substantial project returns for his firm and its equity partners. Josh obtained his bachelor’s degree in Finance from University of Texas at Dallas. He is a CFA Charterholder and Realtor licensed in the state of Texas.

John Wilson, CFA, CPA

Senior Vice President

John Wilson is a Senior Vice President of Systematic and co-manages the firm’s operations with a focus on accounting, finance and investor relations. Prior to Systematic, John co-managed an equity oriented, residential real estate investment fund. He previously held senior level financial positions in both the energy and energy infrastructure sectors. John brings a wealth of knowledge in corporate finance and alternative investments in addition to his knowledge and experience in residential real estate. Mr. Wilson received his Masters of Business Administration and bachelor’s degrees from Louisiana State University. He is a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
